  1. 2-row Pale Malt. The base of the majority of beers.
  2. Whole grain (left) and crashed grain (right).

  4. Mash Tun (from 100l cooler).

  6. Primary plastic fermenters (8 and 6 gallons). 6.5 gallon carboy at the back left.
  7. Grain in the tun before the start of the process.
  8. Heating setup. 20 lb propane tank and jet burner.
  9. Propane burner.
  10. Propane burner.
  11. Protein rest (8 gallons of 50°C water added).
  12. Heating more water.
  13. The Saccharification process
  14. Saaz US and Cascade hops.
