  1. 2-row Pale Malt. The base of the majority of beers.
  2. Whole grain (left) and crashed grain (right).
  3. Brewing Kettle with a ball valve and a thermometer. 16 gallons.
  4. Mash Tun (from 100l cooler).
  5. Mash Tun, view from the inside (12″ stainless bazooka screen).
  6. Primary plastic fermenters (8 and 6 gallons). 6.5 gallon carboy at the back left.
  7. Grain in the tun before the start of the process.
  8. Heating setup. 20 lb propane tank and jet burner.
  9. Propane burner.
  10. Propane burner.
  11. Protein rest (8 gallons of 50°C water added).
  12. Heating more water.
  13. The Saccharification process
  14. Saaz US and Cascade hops.
